1. The service
Seansa is a platform that lets pilates studios take and manage class and session bookings online. Classes, prices and conditions are the responsibility of the studio that offers them.
2. Your account
Your account is opened with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping it secure; do not let others use it.
3. Bookings
A booking request is not final until the studio confirms it. A confirmed booking depends on the studio's capacity.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions follow the studio's policy, which is shown on its booking page.
5. Liability
Seansa is not responsible for the quality of the studio's services or for the studio's own obligations. Seansa's liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes.
7. Changes
When this text changes, its version number is updated and you are asked to accept it again from your account.
