1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by the pilates studio you book with, as data controller. Seansa provides the technical platform on the studio's behalf and processes data only on the studio's instructions.
2. Data we process
Name, phone number, email address, and your booking, class and payment history. No IP address or browser information is stored with your consent record.
3. Purposes
Running memberships and bookings, sending class reminders and notifications, tracking payments and credits, and communicating with the studio. Marketing messages are sent only with your explicit opt-in.
4. Legal bases
Under Article 5 of Turkey's KVKK law: performing and setting up a contract, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests. Explicit consent for marketing messages.
5. Recipients
Studio staff, the cloud providers Seansa uses (hosting, email and SMS delivery), and authorised public bodies. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your membership is active and for the legally required periods. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK law you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used as intended, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, ask for deletion or destruction, object to a result produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
To use your rights, write to the studio you book with. If you cannot reach the studio, you can write to Seansa at privacy@seansa.example.
9. Health data
This version does not collect health information (such as health notes, injuries or pregnancy). Separate and explicit consent will be requested before any such data is collected.
